SHIPPING POLICY - REXSAR™

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from REXSAR™. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1) Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or business closures.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
2) Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:
United States: 3-7 business days
International: 7-21 business days
REXSAR™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, global events, or other factors outside our control.
3) Shipping Carriers and Delivery Responsibility
Orders may be shipped via third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available carriers.
Once the package is transferred to the carrier:
- Title and risk of loss pass to the customer
- Delivery responsibility lies with the carrier
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REXSAR™ is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage occurring after carrier handoff.
4) Tracking and Proof of Delivery
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
A shipment marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered valid proof of delivery.
REXSAR™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
5) Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
REXSAR™ is not responsible for:
- Deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.
6) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, please:
1. Check with household members or neighbors
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
3. Email us at myrexsar@gmail.com
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but replacement or refunds are not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.
7) International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees depending on your country.
These charges:
- Are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise
- Are the sole responsibility of the customer
Refusal to pay customs fees or failure to collect a shipment may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
8) Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.
9) Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses due to legal, operational, or carrier limitations.
Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be limited depending on the carrier.
10) Returns and Shipping Fees
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
